Hello! I’m Taylor, founder, vacation rental and resort owner, adventurer, and family man. I’m passionate about sharing what we’ve learned in the vacation rental business with fellow investors and owners, and I love providing excellent experiences for our guests and owners. In my free time I enjoy flying airplanes and hanging out with my beautiful wife Jess and precious daughter Savannah and son Bryce.

Explorer at heart, Fritz is a travel enthusiast who has turned his passion for hospitality into a business. He likes to emphasize he is NOT in the travel business, he's in the experience business! Fritz is super passionate about creating experiences that give 5-star lasting impressions on everyone that he has the pleasure of interacting with. In his free time, Fritz loves to explore new areas in his hometown, spend time with family, and of course traveling to new places!

Hi! My name is Charissa. I’m in charge of the behind-the-scenes paperwork and bookkeeping for Victory Properties. Most of the time you can find me working at my little farm in Missouri or at a local coffee shop, my computer humming, phone active and both my kids playing in the background.

Hi! My name is Aspen. I’m the head of housekeeping and directly oversee our Branson properties. I’ve been taking care of our properties since 2020 and have started sharing my processes with our other employees as well to make sure our units are up to my standards of cleanliness. I love video games, movies, and listening to music in my spare time.

Hello, my name is Ariel! I manage processes and documentation. I’m here to make sure that all housekeeping, maintenance, meetings, and reports are on schedule! In my downtime, you can find me painting, cooking, working out, or raiding a local thrift shop!
